Aha moment, one more time.
As usual i walked to meditation hall, all most on time. or to say i was laste, according to one watch. another showing i am early and still another one telling me i am well before time. god knows whom to belive. but coming to meditation hall, yesterday was something i will never forget. It was just a simple moment of connections. As i entered the hall, yesterday evening everything was calm and silent. smile came to me and i welcomed her with smile on face. smile which comes when i see karuna didi seating on her Dias for singing, special music for meditation. i was looking forward to hear something amazing from her after a long break. i looked for a seat and sat little near to her only.
Rangma didi by than had started reading following words of The Mother from Prayers and Meditation. I was thrilled. message was powerful, for a moment i felt like yes, maa. yes, maa. i too want that too.
here is part which i listen in deep gratitude and calmness.
December 7, 1912*
LIKE a flame that burns in silence, like a perfume that
rises straight upward without wavering, my love goes to
Thee; and like the child who does not reason and has no
care, I trust myself to Thee that Thy Will may be done,
that Thy Light may manifest, Thy Peace radiate, Thy Love
cover the world. When Thou willest I shall be in Thee,
Thyself, and there shall be no more any distinction; I
await that blessed hour without impatience of any kind,
letting myself flow irresistibly toward it as a peaceful
stream flows toward the boundless ocean.
Thy Peace is in me, and in that Peace I see Thee alone
present in everything, with the calm of Eternity.
Karuna didi had given wonderful background score during passage and she took it over with commentary on what we read. when she turned her gaz upward and utter those words - for whom it has been meant. who is eligiable to read this book. which is not a novel or a cinema songs, or for study and pleasure. what are those conditions.
Karuna didi sung same verse in hindi, translated by one of the ashramite here, on the occasion of centenary year of The Mother's birthday.
book title 'dipti sikha'
i wasn't singing but my whole being was, from every particle were singing one song for the divine.
same prayer, same thing. and i felt Thee had came and spoken those words.
in silent i walked out and till now. i am in almost same state, little awake praying for the union.
rom rom bas yah pukar rahi,
tum hi ko he yah pukar rahi;
ab mera jivan tum ho,
tum ho bas tum ho, tum ho.
